- U.C.A. is an on line laboratory where all the Arts meet and collaborate. Creation is base of all. The object is exactly the interaction of various arts in fixed forms by laboratory itself. Sections will be created inside the U.C.A. that posted creations will be discussed and voted. Winning creations will have diffusion by opera and bio artist publication on U.C.A. sites.
